For the next few weeks my challenges are going to relate to things you may see during the Spring season.

Being a gardener, spotting new buds on the trees is one of the first things I enjoy about Spring, so this week's challenge is to

tangle with the Cat-kin

I recently used this tangle for the first time here and I really liked how delicate it turned out.
I hope you enjoy using it too!
Happy Spring!

If you want to try your hand at needle felting a bouquet of
catkins (aka:  pussy willows) like in the photo above, I have a tutorial here.

  2. I've been hooked on tangling since October. It's amazing how many patterns I've learned, worked for a while, then got away from them. Cat-kin was one of those that got away. Thanks for resurrecting it for me. I'm going to try to keep it in my repertoire for a while.

  3. The minute I saw that Cat-Kin was the tangle this week, I knew that the latest string (#151) would be perfect; so here it is.
